Refund policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please notify us upon receipt, or within 14 days, if you are not completely satisfied with your order. We do not accept physical returns of food items. Depending on the circumstances we may choose to replace your item, issue you store credit, or issue you a full refund minus your shipping costs. If it turns out that the shipper is at fault, most Poppin Toffee order is insured for up to $100. In every case we will work  with you to ensure your satisfaction. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@poppintoffee.com.
